Information you provide

If you apply to the expert directory, the form asks for your name, email address, professional title, portfolio URL, profile photo, experience, social profile URLs, skills and introduction. The application is submitted for admin review. It is not automatically published. The directory admin decides which approved profile details and contact details are shown publicly. The form requires consent to display a profile if approved.

Chat assistant

The chat assistant stores a recent conversation transcript in local storage in the browser you use. When you send a message, the current message and recent conversation context are sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate a reply. Do not enter passwords, payment information or other sensitive personal information in the chat.

Analytics and hosting

This website uses Google Analytics and Vercel analytics or performance services on some pages. These providers may process technical and usage information to provide their services. Their processing is subject to their own privacy terms. The website is hosted through Vercel.

Directory application storage

Directory applications are stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore for review. Approved public profile information may be displayed on the directory page according to the admin’s publication choices. Your application email is not displayed by default. Contact info@hamzakhalil.pk to ask about an application or request its removal.

Chrome extension: Hamza Khalil SEO Toolkit

The extension provides on-demand SEO and GEO checks for the webpage you choose. It reads the active tab only after you open the extension. The page information it processes can include the URL, title, metadata, headings, visible text, links, image details, canonical URL and structured data. It does not monitor tabs in the background.

If you choose to save a report, the extension stores a summary containing the page URL, host, title, score and save time in Chrome local storage on your device. It keeps up to 30 summaries. Saved reports are not sent to Hamza Khalil’s servers. You can remove them with the extension’s Clear saved reports control.

Optional features make requests only when you use them. GEO checks request public resources such as the current page, robots.txt, llms.txt and sitemap from that website, without sending cookies. SERP estimates request public search result pages using a site:domain query. Wayback checks send the selected page URL to the Internet Archive. Links to external SEO tools or PageSpeed Insights include the current page URL or domain when you choose to open them. Those websites may receive your IP address and request details and handle them under their own privacy policies.

The extension does not use page information for advertising, profiling, credit decisions or unrelated purposes. Information accessed by the extension is used only for its disclosed SEO and GEO features, in line with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

This site links to third-party websites and social profiles. Their privacy practices are controlled by those providers, not by this website.
